Who We Are

TruReach is a nonprofit corporation which is operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. TruReach serves as a vital link between underserved rural Pennsylvania communities and the array of public health services and educational resources available to them. Our mission is to conduct outreach for public health services in rural Pennsylvania communities. Some of these public health services include education, prevention, intervention, harm reduction, connection to care as appropriate, treatment, and aftercare through case management services. We believe that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare and support, and we're here to make that a reality through outreach, advocacy, and resource coordination.

TruReach recognizes that the landscape of public health services is vast and varied, and our role is to guide individuals to the appropriate resources based on their needs and circumstances.  We facilitate connections to a wide range of public health services and educational resources, including but not limited to wound care, harm reduction, hepatitis C screening, STD screening, and more. By empowering individuals to access these services, we contribute to improved health outcomes and enhanced well-being for rural communities.
